Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Google Campaign Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, executing,
and optimizing advertising campaigns across Google& 39;s platforms, including Google Ads, Google
Display Network, YouTube, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop
and implement strategies that drive brand visibility, user engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
ï‚· Collaborate with marketing teams, clients, and stakeholders to define campaign goals, target
audience, and KPIs.
ï‚· Develop comprehensive Google campaign strategies that align with business objectives and
leverage the strengths of various Google platforms.
2. Campaign Setup and Execution:
ï‚· Set up and configure campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ad creatives on Google Ads.
ï‚· Create engaging ad copy, banners, and video content tailored to the specific platform
requirements.
ï‚· Implement tracking mechanisms for conversions, ensuring accurate performance
measurement.
3. Bid Management and Budget Allocation:
ï‚· Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
ï‚· Distribute budgets effectively across different campaigns and platforms based on
performance insights.
4. Keyword and Audience Research:
ï‚· Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
ï‚· Define and refine target audience segments based on demographics, interests, and
behaviour.
5. Ad Performance Optimization:
ï‚· Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and
quality scores.
ï‚· Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and adjust campaign settings
accordingly.
6. Creative Testing and Optimization:
ï‚· Plan and execute A/B tests for ad copy, visuals, and formats to enhance campaign
effectiveness.
ï‚· Analyse test results to inform creative optimization strategies.
7. Platform Diversity:
ï‚· Manage campaigns across various Google platforms, including Search, Display, YouTube,
and more.
ï‚· Tailor strategies and creatives to suit the unique characteristics of each platform.
8. Performance Reporting:
ï‚· Generate regular and ad-hoc performance reports for clients and internal teams.
ï‚· Present campaign insights, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
9. Staying Updated:
ï‚· Stay informed about the latest developments in Google’s advertising offerings and industry
trends.
ï‚· Recommend innovative strategies and approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
ï‚· Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google campaigns across multiple platforms.
ï‚· Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Advertising, and related
tools.
ï‚· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to drive informed decisions.
ï‚· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
ï‚· Detail-oriented with a passion for staying up to date with the evolving digital landscape.
ï‚· Google Ads certifications and experience with data analysis tools are advantageous.
Preferred:
Certification in Google Ads or equivalent.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
