About the Role
As a TA Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with the exciting task of finding and attracting highly qualified candidates for our growing company. You will gain valuable experience in all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening applicants to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities:
- Support the TA team with sourcing qualified candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, etc.)
- Assist with screening resumes and applications according to job requirements
- Schedule interviews and manage interview logistics
- Prepare interview materials and coordinate with hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary candidate interviews
- Assist with onboarding new hires (optional)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for recruiting and building relationships
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with social media recruiting
