We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Software Engineer to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating API endpoints for models and functionalities hosted on Kubernetes, leveraging Python and FastAPI to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct software system validation and testing methods
- Oversee our software programming initiatives
- Manage the software development lifecycle, including directing documentation efforts
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals
- Analyze data to coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems
- Monitor system performance and apply best practices and standard operating procedures
- Create innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs and shape the future of our systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Cloud experience with AWS is preferred, but Azure and GCP are also acceptable
Proficient full-stack developer with experience in React and Next.js for frontend development
Extensive experience in production development
Expert in Python and able to solve complex Python problems
Demonstrated experience in implementing FastAPI APIs
Ability to interact with relational data stores or vector databases in the back-end
Experience implementing ML-based backend pipelines
Proficient in web sockets and multi-threading
Proven experience with scaling to support concurrent users through multi-threading and asynchronous execution
Competent in writing unit tests for all functionalities developed
