We’re looking for a Web Developer who loves building clean, responsive websites and enjoys solving problems. This is a remote, full-time position where you’ll work closely with our design and marketing teams to bring new ideas to life on our website and client platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, maintain, and improve the InspiringLads website and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to create great user experiences and implement new features.
- Optimize the site for speed, performance, and SEO to keep us ahead of the game.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues across various browsers and devices.
- Ensure everything runs smoothly with regular updates, security checks, and performance optimizations.
- Bring your creativity and ideas to the table as we tackle new web development challenges together.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience working with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
- A strong understanding of responsive design and making websites look great on any device.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to implement them.
- Knowledge of web tools like Git, NPM, and Webpack is a big plus.
- Problem-solving skills and an eye for detail that make your code clean and efficient.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
