• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer
• Key Skills: Technical proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma

• Craft compelling & on-brand visual design: Study design briefs, determine requirements and conceptualize visually appealing and on-brand designs. You’ll be working on illustrations, logos and other designs using software, appropriate brand colors and layouts.
• Create multi-format content: Produce content for websites, web pages, social media, email marketing creatives, infographics, email templates, social media graphics, and promotional ads.
• Quality assurance & timely delivery: Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications. Stay updated with the latest graphic & design trends and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Cross team experience: Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to translate and create requirements into compelling campaigns and designs.
• Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma and graphic creation across platforms like Instagram, Youtube
• Expertise: Proficiency in layouts, color usage, composition, and understanding of brand narratives
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and emerging techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Enthusiasm: You’re eager to learn, in an agile and fast-paced environment, and are innovative and have an adaptive design skill.
• Bonus: Editing skills using Premier Pro, After Effects is a bonus!
