We’re seeking a skilled WordPress Developer who can work full-time during Pacific Time (PST) hours, take full ownership of multiple projects, and deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance websites. This is an exclusive role – we are not accepting applicants who freelance on the side or hold another job.
You must have prior agency experience or experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously. Strong communication, planning, and sprint management skills are non-negotiable.🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom WordPress websites with responsive, mobile-first design.
- Convert Figma or Adobe XD designs into clean, functional WordPress themes.
- Manage multiple development sprints using tools like Asana or ClickUp.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, cross-browser issues, and plugin conflicts.
- Implement third-party APIs, booking systems, forms, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and content teams in real-time.
✅ Must-Have Requirements
- Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and responsive development.
- Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Strong understanding of ACF, CPT UI, WooCommerce, and custom plugin development.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills — clear communication is a must.
- Highly organized and capable of independently managing tasks and deadlines.
- Prior agency experience or proven ability to manage multiple web projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or ClickUp.
- Available full-time, exclusively for Coala Studio. No moonlighting or freelance work allowed.
- Willingness to work Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
- Must pass reference checks prior to hiring.
- Must have a strong understanding of CRMs like Go High Level

- Experience with Webflow development is a major plus.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git), staging servers, and CI/CD processes.
