We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Trainee for a 3-month period with an initial stipend of Rs. 15000/- per month followed by a permanent job role offer and salary review based on performance.
Job Summary: We are looking for a UI UX Designer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design process, working closely with our management & tech team. This trainee period is designed to provide hands-on experience in crafting visually appealing and user-centric interfaces. You’ll be involved in various stages of the design lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping and iteration. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring designers to gain practical skills, work on real-world projects, and build a strong foundation in UI/UX design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI designers, and developers to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Design and prototype user interfaces using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop and maintain UI design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD etc.
- Strong portfolio & visual design skills showcasing your UI design skills and projects.
- Ability to create responsive designs for various screen sizes and devices.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and others is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
