We’re looking for a motivated Laravel Backend Developer Intern who’s excited to contribute to a high-impact fintech startup that’s building trust and transparency in the gold investment space.Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the core tech team to build and maintain backend APIs using Laravel
● Integrate third-party services and handle secure data transactions
● Optimize backend performance and ensure scalability
● Assist in debugging, code reviews, and API documentation
● Work with databases, particularly MySQL
● Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, product, and business teams
● Follow clean coding practices and stay up-to-date with backend development trendsRequired Skills:
● Strong hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP Framework)
● Good understanding of RESTful APIs
● Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases
● Knowledge of authentication, routing, and middleware in Laravel
● Experience with version control systems (Git)
● Understanding of API security and data validation
● Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
● Self-starter attitude and ability to work independentlyBonus Skills (Nice to Have):
● Familiarity with React Native for mobile app development
● Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
