Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain websites on WordPress and Shopify platforms.
- Customize themes, templates, and plugins for optimal UX/UI.
- Create responsive designs and ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO fundamentals.
- Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and payment gateways as needed.
- Manage product catalogs, landing pages, and content updates.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in WordPress development: custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce.
- Strong experience in Shopify: Liquid templating, theme customization, app integration.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
- Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Familiarity with Shopify apps, SEO tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
