Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of web developers and project managers.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) and WordPress.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution — from requirement gathering to delivery — ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management.
• Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations for the development team.
• Manage resources, timelines, and communication between internal teams and external clients.
• Utilize project management methodologies (preferably PMP) to track deliverables, manage risks, and drive efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to web standards, data security, and compliance protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress.
• Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred.
• Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, multisite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git), deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment.

Familiarity with hosting environments and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).

Agile/Scrum project management experience.
