Responsibilities:
– Aid in designing test plans, scenarios, and scripts
– Participate in product planning sessions to provide input on functional requirements and potential problems
– Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures
– Conduct manual testing post system modifications to prepare for implementation in production.
Technical Knowledge and Abilities:
– Knowledge of QA process in a SCRUM environment
– Experience in writing test scenarios and test cases based on business rules
– Ability to independently identify testing needs and develop a Testing Plan
– Familiarity with Selenium or other end-to-end testing frameworks/software
– Experience within the lending market is a significant plus, such as consumer lending, underwriting, credit union or bank experience.
Communication and Skills:
– Minimum 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience in Manual and Automation testing
– Experience in PHP development is considered advantageous
– Strong written English skills for documentation
– Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
– Proficient in communication through telephone, email, and video with a professional approach
– Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and commit to a work schedule as a dependable team player.
