Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Take a lead on the planning, QA, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization of subscriber engagement and lead nurturing activities.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for event campaigns, subscriber newsletters, drip campaigns, and content refurbishing.
• Collaborate with designers to develop templates, test, and execute relevant creative assets.
• Work with Events, Social, and MarTech teams to execute regional and ABM initiatives.
• Analyze data to assess engagement rate and report performance.
• Monitor conversion of key assets and landing pages and run redirection or A/B tests to improve the audience experience.
• Work in synergy with the rest of the Corporater Marketing team to identify new opportunities and ways to improve demand marketing.
• This position is based out of our office in Chennai or Bangalore.
✅ Qualifications
• University degree in Business Administration or Media/Communication.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferably some international exposure).
• Experience in email marketing and automation tools.
• Strong competence in content/copywriting.
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
