As a Senior Creative Web Designer (UI/UX Designer) at our organization in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in designing user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
With 4-7 years of experience, you will lead design initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring seamless user experiences and exceptional design solutions.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define user requirements, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Your responsibilities will also include conducting user research, usability testing, and mentoring junior designers.
Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, proficiency in design tools, a good understanding of web standards, and excellent skills in typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Strong communication skills and experience in agile environments are a plus.
