Job Description
• Lead end-to-end HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle management, benefits, and exit processes
• Act as the SME for HR Ops, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and CoE teams
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 HR professionals across locations
• Build scalable, compliant processes while driving automation and service excellence
• Partner with global counterparts and align local operations with global best practices
• Collaborate closely with the leader of HR Ops, Analytics, and other CoEs
The Successful Applicant
• 10-12 years of experience in HR operations or shared services in mid to large-scale organizations
• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes, compliance, and employee benefits
• Prior experience in people management and stakeholder engagement
• Process-oriented with a bias for execution and continuous improvement
• Comfortable operating in high-integrity, fast-paced global environments
• Location: Hyderabad only
