The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills to translate business needs into technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and solution validation
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure alignment
- Prepare business cases, reports, and workflow documentation
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar
- Ability to interpret complex data and business challenges into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
