📝 Job Description:
Wits Innovation Lab is seeking a skilled Sr. MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, and will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and efficient full-stack solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend engineers, and product managers
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs
- Maintain coding standards and documentation
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
