MTC Group is seeking an experienced Plant Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions at the plant level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role demands a proactive, people-oriented professional capable of driving HR policies and maintaining a healthy workplace culture.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
- Lead workforce planning and performance management processes
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions professionally
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and productivity improvement
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and efficiency
- Maintain HR data, attendance records, and payroll coordination
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards at the plant
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial plant setup
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office applications
