IKS Health is seeking an experienced Data Science Specialist to join our growing analytics and insights team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, statistical, and technical skills to transform large volumes of healthcare data into actionable insights. This role involves designing predictive models, implementing machine learning algorithms, and supporting data-driven decision-making for healthcare operations and clinical outcomes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Design and develop machine learning and predictive modeling solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to define business problems and implement data solutions
- Build and automate data pipelines for processing structured and unstructured data
- Develop visualizations and dashboards for leadership and clinical teams
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, etc.)
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch)
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques
- Familiarity with healthcare analytics, EHR systems, or clinical data (preferred)
