Predoole Analytics is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Associate / Manager to expand its client base and strengthen its market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales initiatives.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the analytics and technology domain
 - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
 - Understand client requirements and propose tailored business intelligence and data solutions
 - Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches
 - Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation and conversion strategies
 - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
 - Participate in client meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote Predoole’s offerings
 - Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for management review
 
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
 - Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT or analytics sectors
 - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
 - Understanding of analytics, data visualization tools, and digital transformation concepts (preferred)
 - Goal-driven mindset with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
