Belfrost International LLP is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our technical team. The role involves providing end-user support, maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of computer systems and networks.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Monitor system performance and ensure network security and stability
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Assist with system upgrades, updates, and regular maintenance
- Document IT support activities, procedures, and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and infrastructure
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, and network protocols
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
