Accion Labs is looking for an experienced Sr. Technical IT Recruiter to join its dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT recruitment, an understanding of modern technology roles, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to support diverse client projects across global markets.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions across multiple domains
- Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for future requirements
- Negotiate offers and close positions within defined timelines
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly hiring reports
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 6 years of experience in technical IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced consulting or staffing environment
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, software development roles, and technical skills
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field
