Knauf MEASA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Human Resources Executive to support daily HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about HR workflows, recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining smooth HR processes and supporting the HR team across various functions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Support HR documentation, employee onboarding, and record management
- Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement programs, and HR initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee databases and update HRMS
- Address employee queries and escalate issues to senior HR staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation
