TruBridge is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources professional to lead and manage HR operations across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while implementing HR strategies that align with company goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
