Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Citadel, ATOM’s internal platform for agent development and evaluation. Adopt and enhance Citadel’s game abstraction layer, tailoring it to the company’s needs.
Engage in teamwork and support the technical maturation of ATOM prototypes, such as our agentic playtesting bots, to ensure excellent work. Use modern software engineering processes and best practices for requirements elicitation, design, implementation, and testing.
Understand the basics of various tools and adhere to company regulations. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions to maintain high technical quality.
Qualifications
A software engineer should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. A BSc in Computer Science or Engineering degree is required. 5+ years of experience is required.
Knowledge of Python, C++, or other backend languages ​​is required. Experience with game development workflows, game engines, or console platforms is required.
A strong understanding of system design, API development, observability, CI/CD, and reliability best practices is required to be able to single-handedly resolve any issues that arise.
Skills
- A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques is essential for building reliable software.
- Experience building microservices and deploying them on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Basic knowledge of AI-assisted coding tools is essential to accelerate development and code review workflows.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
