Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain shipment data in internal systems
• Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high accuracy
• Communicate updates and amendments with team members
• Follow established data entry protocols and logistics procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong numerical reasoning and data accuracy skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• (Preferred) Associate’s degree or prior experience in data entry/logistics
