Overview
Amazon One Medical is hiring a Vice President of Sales (East Region) to lead enterprise growth across more than 12 markets in the eastern United States. This senior leadership role focuses on building employer partnerships, driving healthcare benefits adoption, and managing a high-performing sales team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy and transforming how healthcare is delivered to employers and their workforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional sales teams covering SMB, Regional, and Enterprise segments
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with organizational growth goals
- Actively prospect, build executive-level relationships, and close complex B2B deals
- Forecast deal flow and maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical operations, finance, legal, and account management teams
- Refine sales processes, standard operating practices, and performance frameworks
- Leverage broker, consultant, and professional networks to expand Amazon One Medical visibility
- Represent Amazon One Medical with employers ranging from 250 to 15,000+ employees
- Influence C-level executives and position yourself as a thought leader in healthcare benefits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- At least 3 years of healthcare or wellness-related benefits sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience in a commercial growth role
- Proven sales leadership track record with consistent quota achievement
- Experience selling to companies with 1,000+ employees
- Strong ability to analyze sales data, performance drivers, and best practices
- Expertise in benefits sales processes, timelines, and key stakeholders
- Ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers
- Experience improving or building scalable sales processes
- Experience selling non-essential healthcare benefits preferred
