About the Role

As a Program Manager, B2B Sales, you will play a critical role within the Global Sales team, leading cross-functional initiatives that drive sales productivity, customer engagement, and scalable technology solutions across a global sales organization.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, UX, and business teams, ensuring high-impact programs are delivered with clarity, speed, and measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
- Own the planning, facilitation, and outcomes of critical cross-functional forums, including:
- Weekly Sales IT Leadership meetings
- Sales Product Syncs
- Monthly Sales Tools Leadership updates
- Drive execution of enterprise-level initiatives supporting B2B sales productivity and engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product and engineering teams to challenge roadmap feasibility, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain deep knowledge of platform interdependencies, including SalesLink, Dynamics, PRISM, and other sales systems
Portfolio & Roadmap Management
- Coordinate roadmap planning and execution using Aha! and Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Ensure alignment, visibility, traceability, and delivery across the B2B sales tools portfolio
- Support strategic prioritization and allocation of scrum teams to maximize business value
Strategic Initiatives
- Orchestrate cross-team delivery for major programs such as:
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modernization
- SalesLink portal enhancements
- AAdvantage Business tool expansion
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness, ROI, and budget alignment
- Deliver executive-level updates to Global Sales leadership on progress, milestones, and business impact
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related role
- Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and on budget
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in program or product management
- Experience in the airline or travel industry with exposure to B2B sales platforms
- Program management certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master
Skills & Competencies
- Strong program and stakeholder management capabilities
- Expertise with tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using data tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive measurable outcomes
