Overview:

ARDEM, a leading Business Process Outsourcing and Automation Service provider, is rapidly growing and looking to add an enthusiastic Data Entry Specialist – Energy/Utility to our Customer Success Team. This is a full-time remote role, ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited to learn about energy and utility services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform data entry from various utility bill providers.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards consistently.
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks related to data management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate eligible
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Excellent English reading and comprehension skills

• Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Independent thinker with strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify policies and regulations.
• Strong customer service judgment; able to assess and respond to issues quickly.
• Team-oriented yet capable of standing firm on convictions when necessary.
• Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Experience:

• Minimum 1+ years in Data Entry Processing within the Utilities/Energy sector (Required)

Technical Requirements:

To ensure success in this remote role, candidates must have:

• Laptop/PC: Windows OS, I5 processor or higher, 14” screen, FHD (1920×1080) resolution, 8GB RAM minimum
• Software: AnyDesk
• Internet: 100 Mbps or higher
