Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations:

• Maintaining inventory and updating stock records
• Picking and packing items as per customer orders
• Inspecting products to ensure correct quantity, no damage, and proper quality
• Preparing items for dispatch, labeling packages, and assisting with loading
• Maintaining inventory reports and ensuring operational accuracy

Documents Required (Mandatory at Joining)

• Aadhar Card (xerox copy)
• Bank Account details (xerox copy)
• PAN Card or Voter ID (xerox copy)
• 3 passport-size photographs

Shift & Work Schedule

• Day and Night shifts available
• Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 weekly off
• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary Breakdown (Monthly)

• Gross Salary: ₹15,702
• Take-home Salary: ₹14,280
• Attendance Bonus: ₹500
• Leave Encashment: ₹1,000
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹120 per day × 13 days = ₹1,560
• Overtime (OT): ₹145 per hour (conditions apply)
