Currently, Flipkart is hiring Senior Assistant staff at its Anjaneya FC & MH location for warehouse operations.

Candidates must be 18 years or above and should be able to understand and follow basic job responsibilities and safety guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory and stock records
• Identifying items, picking and packing as per orders
• Checking products to ensure correct quantity and no damage
• Labeling packages and supporting dispatch work
• Helping in smooth warehouse operations

Shift & Work Details

• Day & Night shifts available
• 6 working days, 1 weekly off
• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary Details (Monthly)

• Gross Salary: ₹15,702
• Take Home Salary: ₹14,280
• Attendance Bonus: ₹500
• Leave Encashment: ₹1,000

• Overtime: ₹145 per hour (conditions apply)
