- Job Overview:Will be responsible for leading the development of our android CRM application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain features that deliver a superior user experience, ensuring the highest level of performance, reliability, and security.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of the Android CRM application, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient code for Android devices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers to ensure best practices and high-quality code standards.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of the Android app.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the Android development process.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Android Developer, with a robust portfolio demonstrating successful Android applications.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and a strong understanding of Java.
- Experience with Android frameworks such as Android Jetpack, Room, etc.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and best coding practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Thorough understanding of Android Material Design guidelines and Google Play Store submission process.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM or enterprise-level applications.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
