Job Title: Android App Developer
Job Type: Internship (Full-time)
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: 10,000/- per month
We are seeking a motivated and talented Android App Developer Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced developers to design, develop, and improve mobile applications that provide an exceptional user experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and deploying Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug and resolve application issues to improve performance and user experience.
- Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
- Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and tools.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve apps and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Android Studio, Android SDK, Kotlin (or Java).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for app integration.
- Understanding of Android UI/UX design principles and guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of version control tools like Git.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills
- Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, MVVM, Paging Library, Room Database, Hilt
- Experience with Android frameworks such as Jetpack (e.g. Navigation, ViewModel, LiveData).
- Knowledge of Firebase, and Crashlytics.
- Experience with popular third-party libraries like Retrofit, Glide, and others.
