Mother Sparsh is seeking a proactive and dynamic Assistant Manager – Human Resources to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that foster a productive and positive work environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Foster employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives
- Maintain HR records and prepare relevant reports
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
