Boeing India Engineering seeks Associate Graphic Designer to join their team in Chennai.
Job Description:
The CAD/Graphic Designer’s day-to-day work includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics from scratch, and enhancing existing product images using the Photoshop application.
This position will work with a variety of people, including but not limited to internal Content creators, Data engineers, UX designers, and Project managers. This position will also be responsible for creating and rendering the product CAD images using SolidWorks. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience with the product image.
CAD/Graphic Designer Responsibilities
- Gather inputs from various sources and analyses no-image products on our e-commerce site.
- Develop product graphical images and enhances images using the Photoshop application.
- Collaborate with internal teams to work on product requirements.
- Review the project pipeline and anticipates product image needs.
- Ensure adherence to the style guide and branding.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and the marketing and content team to ensure alignment.
- Create and analyze detailed engineering drawings and CAD designs.
- Develop and maintain CAD design standards for the company.
- Create 2D, 3D, and isometric parts.
CAD/Graphic Designer Requirements And Skills
- 1 to 2 years of graphics and CAD design/drafting experience
- Proven graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with graphics and CAD design software and technologies (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and SolidWorks)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Proficient in graphic design software (preferably Adobe Photoshop)
- High level of mechanical aptitude
- Relocation
