The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Backend Software Developer who is passionate about computer science and eager to engage with cutting-edge technologies. This role is perfect for someone with a strong skill set in bank-end development, who is driven to make a significant impact through their work.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced software systems focusing primarily on back-end technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch innovative features across the full stack.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science from a top-ranking university.
- Demonstrated academic excellence, such as receiving laurels or awards (preferred).
- Experience with published papers or research in reputable scientific journals (preferred).
- Proficiency in back-end development frameworks and languages.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
- Experience with modern software frameworks and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Participation in prestigious coding competitions such as Google Summer of Code (GSoC), International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC), Google Hash Code, Facebook Hacker Cup (IFSC), TopCoder, Codeforces, CodeChef, and similar events is preferred.
- Contributions to open-source projects are highly valued.
