As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and motivated Backend Developer Interns to join our team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain valuable experience in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:
- Backend Development: Develop, test, and maintain backend services and systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- API Design: Work on designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs for efficient communication between frontend and backend.
- Database Management: Handle data operations with MongoDB to ensure effective data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to build scalable and high-performance systems.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
- Testing & Debugging: Assist in writing unit tests, performing debugging tasks, and ensuring the robustness and quality of the code.
- Learning & Growth: Engage in continuous learning and improve your skill set by working on production-grade code and gaining hands-on experience with the latest technologies in the backend development space.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: Pursuing or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java 8+ and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Frameworks: Familiarity with Spring Boot for developing backend services and APIs.
- RESTful APIs: Knowledge of designing and working with REST APIs for integration and communication between different systems.
- Database Knowledge: Experience or willingness to work with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Version Control: Experience with Git and working in a collaborative, version-controlled environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to approach challenges efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and work with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to learn new tools, technologies, and best practices in backend development.
