We’re looking for a top-notch backend Java developer to join our team and shape the technology of the world’s top content recommendation network.
A Day in a life
Work closely with remote team members
Peer review through pull requests is our bread and butter.
We have built a highly scalable & highly available set of microservices where all pieces must fit together to deliver top performance and correctness.
Develop systems and features that support both product and business processes
Develop hybrid integration processes
You will write high-quality code, using best practices for coding and testing
What you’ll bring
Team player and highly motivated
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Experience in SQL, Spring Boot, Junit.
B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science / Engineering or related degrees.
At least 3 years of Java experience
You have excellent knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing at scale, and operations.
You have great communication and interpersonal skills, and you love to collaborate with your team and share all the different knowledge you’ve accumulated with others.
Familiarity with one or more of the following is an advantage: Kotlin, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana.
Ability to investigate design and develop applications integrated with third-party apps
Advantage
Experience in integration with customer management systems such as CRM/Billing/ERP and marketing systems
Advance SQL
