Key Responsibilities
Work with product managers, engineers, researchers, and senior design leadership to drive end-to-end product design, from initial user research and exploration to final pixel-perfect delivery.
Partner with other designers to ensure mobile applications integrate seamlessly with all our product surfaces, delivering a consistent, coherent, and rich user experience across the entire product suite. Contribute to and enhance our design language system to make it more interactive and visually appealing. adhere to our company rules.
Qualifications
Must have 5+ years of experience designing customer-facing mobile apps for iOS and Android. Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
Understands and uses design systems, not only to maintain consistency but also to scale designs across multiple operating systems and product surfaces. Hire someone who understands the ins and outs of all tools.
Writes well or values writing, understands how language shapes experiences, and how writing and design inform each other.
Skills
- A product designer should have strong UI/UX design skills and a deep understanding of user needs, enabling them to work independently.
- A basic understanding of tools like Figma, Adobe XD for iOS, and Sketch is essential.
- Understanding basic front-end concepts like HTML and CSS is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, collaboration with developers and product teams, and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to write, read, and speak English.
