Managing Operations in the Pune Region
- Interact with current and prospective corporates and colleges in Pune region, to understand and identify client need, customize and send proposals to clients, followup on proposals etc;
- Identify and execute on all logistical requirements for conducting assessments, trainings, Catalyst open workshops/events etc;
- Set up assessment centers/ training programs by co-ordinating with clients and managing the logistics during the training/ assessment end to end
- Maintain and publish relevant MIS and database on clients
- Leverage existing and new database to do cold calling for identifying new prospects
Revenue Targets – Target Achievements
- Achieve revenue targets quarter on quarter by engaging with prospective clients regularly
- Identifying competition, market trends etc. and devising means to increase sales. Execute plans after requisite approvals.
- Devise mechanisms to drive client loyalty
- Provide suggestions on product or operational innovation
Client Satisfaction
- Ensure Client satisfaction through flawless execution of learning journeys and assessment centers
- Process improvements to better service levels and satisfaction scores
- Identifying trends and analysing data to improve Client satisfaction
- Managing irate Clients through personal interaction
- Program management for entire project lifecycle
Profile of Candidate
- Graduate/ MBA from a good college with above average marks
- Excellent written communication skills (English)
- Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills (English)
- Proven track record in extracurricular activities
- Skills: Team Player, willing to take initiative , problem solving ability , ability to develop and maintain relationships, willingness to work hands-on, willingness to work long hours, willingness to travel, ability to work in an unstructured environment
