Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, online research, and events.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business deals, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts to win new business.
- Customer Retention: Maintain relationships with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights on business development activities, lead status, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
