Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads through cold calls, networking, references, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware and software solutions.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer interaction records in CRM tools.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of IT hardware (infrastructure, networking, systems) and software solutions (enterprise applications, licensing, SaaS, etc.).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT hardware and software solutions.
• Experience in the Bangalore market with an existing client network will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
