- Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into enrolled learners
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial outreach to closure
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and professionals seeking career advancement
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline status in CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion strategies

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relations (preferably in EdTech or SaaS)

- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups effectively
