Pinkerton is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of data-driven strategies. The successful candidate will oversee the BI team, manage data analytics tools, and transform raw data into meaningful insights that support decision-making and business growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of business intelligence and analytics initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools
- Identify data trends and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Collaborate with IT, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Manage and optimize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Establish data governance standards and best practices for reporting accuracy
- Train and mentor junior analysts to enhance overall BI capability within the organization
- Support strategic business planning through data analysis and predictive modeling
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Manager / Analyst / Data Manager
- Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
