Job Summary:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed decision-making within the organization.
This role involves working with large datasets, employing statistical and data visualization techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to summarize key metrics and trends, presenting them in a clear and understandable format
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain data quality standards to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used for analysis.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders, to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Documentation: Document analysis methodologies, data sources, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging data analysis tools, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirement:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic knowledge of R will be advantageous.
- Experience in data analysis or experience in NBFC/ MFI is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
