🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work closely with leadership to track performance metrics in real time. You’ll be the watchdog of all critical KPIs—across sales, CRM, gym operations, lead funnels, HR performance, and more. This role is high ownership, high urgency, and high visibility. You will be expected to proactively flag bottlenecks, highlight gaps, and ensure daily dashboards are being updated and actioned.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor live dashboards across all departments
- Track KPIs daily across gym performance, sales, leads, HR, and marketing
- Ensure data pipelines are accurate, timely, and fully updated
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Identify gaps, trends, and anomalies, and escalate where needed
- Work closely with leadership to ensure business decisions are data-driven
- Help build and optimize dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
✅ Requirements
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, logic)
- Comfort with dashboards, metrics, and KPI reporting
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- Ability to stay on top of multiple data streams simultaneously
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and analytical thinking
- Available to join immediately and work from our Noida HQ
- Comfortable with Monday to Saturday, full-time in-office schedule
