About Internship
- Perform the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that
can drive decision-making. This includes applying statistical techniques, data
transformations, and predictive modelling to extract valuable insights and present them in
a clear and meaningful way.
2. Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders and drive operational HR processes. Selecting appropriate tools and technologies, creating user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring the information presented is accurate and actionable.
3. Strategic Insights:
Design the analytics strategy.
Deliver strategic insights.
Provide tools for building business intelligence related to people matters.
4. Change Management:
Lead change management efforts to ensure effective analytics usage that aligns with
business outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification – MBA / PG diploma or PG degree in HR/ Graduate/ Analytics course.
- Prefered understanding of HR metrices.
- Understanding of data modeling techniques, predictive analytics, python/R, power BI/tableau
