Strong Communication & Stakeholder management.
Process Improvement Methodologies & Quality Management
Clear & comprehensive documentation.

· Telecom Domain (BSS/OSS).
· Testing lifecycle & processes – Test Planning, Environment Readiness & Execution, Defect Management.
