Job Summary:
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Executives to join our remote team. You will be responsible for sourcing, entering, and maintaining accurate records of AV products and pricing data in our systems. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start a career in the tech-enabled AV industry with a global SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data related to AV (Audio-Visual) products into the company database.
- Research and extract detailed product specifications from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) websites and catalogs.
- Identify and record MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) for various AV products.
- Maintain consistency and quality in product data listings.
- Perform basic data validation and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and revisions.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or data team lead.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling
- Strong English communication skills – both written and spoken
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic internet research skills
- Time management and organizational ability
