Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering.
• Manage data entry tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data flow between departments.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required.
• Identify and rectify data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and resolve any data-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with database management and data analysis is a plus.
• Experience
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
Working Hours
• Full-time positions available, with flexible working hours to accommodate personal schedules.
• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with options for adjusted schedules).
