About the Role:
Position Title: Data Integrity Analyst
Corporate Title: Analyst
Location: Bangalore
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- The Data Integrity function, is responsible for a range of account management
- processes linked to Client On-boarding. The primary focus of the role is to support the Client Account
- Opening and Closing processes as well as storing any required mandates. The role holder will play an important part in assisting the Front Office to ensure accounts are set up in a timely manner in readiness for new transactions. The role also encompasses important controls within the account management process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The role will include the following primary responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day to day management of account opening and closure requests, including any account amendments.
- Uploading of Account Mandates to the firm’s Fraud One system.
- Proactively assist with incoming queries whilst ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Assisting in the creation and production of Data Integrity MIS
- Understand process flows to be to be able to identify workflow and operational efficiencies
- Adherence to global standards of information storage and dissemination
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- The role will include the following primary responsibilities:
- Previous role within the Account Management / Client On-boarding field would be preferential
- Strong knowledge of Bank products
- Experience in another Operational role such as Loans or Trade Finance would be beneficial
- Previous experience within a Banking Institution preferable but not essential
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Functional / Technical Competencies:
- Ability to independently manage multiple deliverables at any one time
- Strong Microsoft skills i.e. Word and Excel (intermediate level and above)
- Excellent communication skills, written, oral and listening
- Quick learner and able translate complex matters to all areas of the firm
- Ability to liaise with business stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills
- A good understanding of Financial Markets in general
Education / Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent preferred
